The TRD would be the best, since its a single piece, therefore stiffer, but its also a hundred dollars.
I have the megan strut bar. It helped control body roll, but no where near the amount the sway bars did. I felt that it controlled the body roll that a 30 dollar peice would. You can feel it in heavy turning. The megan also polishes up nice.
I dont believe that anybody makes a rear strut bar for our gen. (if you find one let me know)
I dont believe there are any cons to a strut bar, I have even found them helpful while working on the engine to lean up against.
how useful do you think that ultra racing rear strut bar is? i noticed our struts bolt to the body right at the rear deck and it almost seems that there is a natural strut brace there just from the design of the car.
i was also wondering about their subframe and the fender braces.
true, but our cars are uni body. and uni body flex alot. so i wouldn't doubt it would make a difference. might not be a huge difference, but a difference non the less.
cause on ebay they are selling the rear 4 point tower Brace and front subframe and fender braces all for around 100 each and you can doi the BEST OFFER option and probably get them for cheaper.
There listed for AE101, AE102, AE111 but our cars are similar enuf to where these will fit.
