I think my suspension is shot

So heres my problem. My rear suspension sits really low, while my front is very high.

The rear struts are about an inch and a half above the rear tires, while the front struts are much higher. also, as you can see in the pictures, the rear tires are like 2" from the fender. Apparently, the rear tires rub on the struts as well. Tire size is 205/45R16.

Do I need new struts, springs, or both?

How many miles?

Mine look like that at ~80K with stock wheels and tire size.

I dont notice any diving while breaking or ill handling effects.

I do have a little squeek while going over some pot holes and speed bumps.

Your rear rubber boots that cover the struts look good, Mine are long gone.

also remember the rear wheel well arch is actually lower that the front wheel well arch. so it may be fine even though it seems like its sitting lower.

When I was looking at purchasing corollas, I kept saying to myself, "wow that one sits low in the back," and I would move to another one. Before I knew it, they were all like that. I eventually bought one and although it looks like that, the back struts work fine. Just my experience.

So it's not a bad thing if the back wheel rubs on the tires? I thought that was a pretty big deal since it will wear out the tires real fast. I just got new tires ~300 miles ago, and I don't want to have to spend another $450 on new ones...

if the tires are rubbing it's an offset/tire size problem. Depending on when the tired rub, it may or may not cause problems, all the time problem, on speed bumps and stuff, not a big problem. Easiest way to tell if struts are blow is just to push down on a corner if it gently comes back up, they are good, if it springs back up and bounces a little, it's blown. I have 104k and my rears are blown.
