Standard trans clutch to the floor no floor mat in the way, auto trans vehicle in park try neutral.

Any clicking when trying to start?

Could be battery.
Did you check the rest of the fuses? Maybe they are out as well.

Which 100A fuse? How did you blow that changing a headlight? I mean is in the fuse panel or is it like a fusable link? Though I think if you blow the fuseable link nothing works. Maybe you fried your starter. Again, how did you pop a 100A fuse in a car while changing a headlight?

This how the fuse was blew .. when I was changing the headlight bulb the headlight switch was on - so when I connected the battery there was a small spark and - the head lights where stuck on and none of the light inside worked . So I turned the switch to off and disconnected the battery, when reconnected the headlight lights turned on/off .

And that blew the interior light fuse as well as the 100A - So everything works now but the started is not turning over ..

Is there a fuse for the starter and idea what its called ?

Could be somthing in-line. Check the cbales from the starter to see if there's somthing. I don't know if there is for sure or not.
