PIX: How to fix a cracking door panel plastic?

The attached photo's orange plastic panel, #6-7, is fragmenting itself due to heat and aging of the car.

Right now I put instant glue to seal the cracks - but I want a more permanent and stronger method to secure this panel's shape.

Could I paste or coat some caulk or liquid plastic to re-inforce the strength of the panel before the upper portion of the door panel crumbles? Do you recommend any substance and from which store, on- or off-line, I could purchase?

You can probably spend as much money as you would trying to afro-tech it for temporary fixes OR find one at an auto salvage or u-pull type place. If not, I would say mold and glue a thin aluminum panel behind for reinforcement with some epoxy, but I would just look for a replacement panel first.
