Canada Tire Size for 1998 Corolla

1998 Corolla VE
I am going to replace the front two tires and want to know if the following sizes will work without rubbing. I do not care if the speedo will be off by a bit just want to know if it will fit properly.

1st tire P175 / 70R 14 Michelin Energy MVX4

2nd tire P195 / 65R 14 Michelin Energy MVX 4

Stock sizes are 175 65 14 or 185 65 14 depending what year your 8th gen is.
Please let me know thanks,

you are staggering the tires?! My corolla stock tires are 185/65/14. If you want to use 195 use 195/60/14. I've tried 195/65/14 and i've had rubbing issues.

id stick with 185/65-14.

The next time I get tires, im going to go a step wider to 195/60-14 for some added cornering. Every little bit helps

Yeah I should stay away from the 195 65 14. Do you think the 175 70 14 will be a good fit? I am buying used tires off craigslist and sizes will vary.
