^^^ What did you check so far? Can't help unless you do some diagnostic work first. The above comments on ground loops is the most common issue here.
Need to grab a multimeter and start checking for ground loops (set multimeter to millivolt scale, touch two suspect ground points, should read zero volts, if there are some finite about of potential - you've found a ground loop - continuity check would also work, but not as sensitive).
Could also be a bad LED - try replacing them with standard bulbs and see if the noise goes away. If it does - you could have either bad, noisy LEDs and/or they are the wrong impedance and drawing much more juice than they are supposed to (could damage wiring, PCB traces, put too much of a strain on your charging system).
Could also be something completely unrelated to the bulbs. Could have a bad alternator or the battery is on its way out. Have those checked out and double check the chassis/engine ground points under the hood (just follow the wiring) - make sure the connection point is clean and dry.
As with any electrical work - make sure to disconnect the battery before you start unplugging wiring.
