USA Clock, Radio and Lighter Fuse

I recently had to replace the fuse on the circuit that controls the clock, radio and cigarette lighter in my '99 Corolla. I had some difficulty finding the panel and correct fuse, so I thought I would post my experience so others won't have to waste any time.

First remove the nut holding the panel to the left of the pedals

With that panel out of the way, remove the two bolts holding the panel directly below the steering wheel. Pulling from the bottom, lower this panel, it will remain attached via the cable for the hood release, but will drop far enough to expose the fuse panel.

Next locate the desired fuse in the schematic on the panel. If the fuse you are looking for is on the bottom right of the schematic, it will be on the bottom right of the panel.

Replace the blown fuse and put it all back together. It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.
