01 corolla front wheel stud replacement

Went to replace my front wheel stud (one) on my corolla Saturday. After taking the tire off I realized I needed to take the caliper off . after some difficulty I managed to get the caliper off but am unable to get the torque plate off . I drenched the nuts in WD 40 and left overnight to soak. On Sunday the nuts on the torque plate still would not budge. I am using a wrachet and am wondering if I need to invest in a breaker bar? Any thoughts on how to approach this? I do not want to snap the nuts off or have to go to a mechanic.

Have you tried using a long ratchet? Mine was stuck and used a long ratchet and the strength of the ratchet broke it. Or u can try an impact gun but i would not recommend it.
