Leaks Everywhere! (lots of pics)

Well I see where at least some of my oil is going.
It looks like its leaking around the oil pan maybe. That doesn't seem to hard to fix but its also all wet up above there also.
Then its also leaking where the tranny meets the motor, and I found that piece of metal laying on that cross member along with some sludge.

A common oil leak in the 1zzfe engines as they get older is the timing chain tensioner, there is an o-ring around the tensioner that gets brittle with age and starts to leak engine oil. I have helped a coulple of people with this repair, it's not too difficult.

You must have taken pictures of my car. I had a leak from the valve cover gasket. And now i think i might have an unfixed leak either from the tensioner or the oil pump. Maybe the oil from the tensioner just ran down the oil pump to make it look oily. Oil pan gasket also leaks.
A good way to check is to wipe clean the places where you suspect an oil leak (i.e. gaskets, around the tensioner, gasket on the oil pan etc...), then drive around for a day or two and continually check the places you wiped to see if any fresh/clean oil has appeared there.

Yeah I plan on doing that to check the oil pan and tensioner. What worries me is the leak coming from in between the tranny and motor and that mysterious piece of metal.
