i'm gonna be honest dude, i'm not much help here as far as your car, but our work trucks have trouble cranking in the cold A LOT. if you think this might be the issue, find a way to heat the block. Ours plug in, but you might want to put it in a closed garage and put a heater inside.

turn the key just to the on position and see if you hear the fuel pump. if not, fix it.

If you let our trucks run out of fuel, you have to prime the filter manually.

check your glow plugs.

PM me if you find the problem. I'd be interested to hear what was wrong. Sorry I'm not much help, just sharing my very limited experience

thanks

Thanks for your info....I know what you are saying how diesel cars are hard to start when its cold same thing with mines but thats not the problem because im in Dominican republic and its like 70 degrees out here everyday only in the morning sometimes its hard to start but im going to check what you said about the filter stuff because when this happened it did run out of fuel and i put 2 gallons after of diesel fuel but it still did the same thing but thanks for sharing anyways if I get it running ill post what was wrong if not im most likely swapping the engine to gasoline.
