signal light messed up

when my lights are all off and i signal right, my right signals work and my cluster lights also blink with the right signal. Now when i turn my lights on, my right signal light IN my cluster is constantly on, never turns off...and it does not blink, neither by signal lights outside the car too...but the bulbs are bright as if the signal got stuck or something... i dont even hear it clicking... i dont understand...i have my flasher out and have it apart... but when its out, the right signal light on my cluster is still lit up and does not blink.

short circuit somewhere from the parking lights/headlights to the turn signal.

i just figured it out... its my right signal light/marker light, dual filament lightbulb as i have custom signal/marker lights on my car... one of the filaments was burnt out., thanks for looking
