A/C light still blinking after refill

refrigerant is full, has been full for the last 3 weeks but A/C light still blinking even when the A/C button is not pushed, does anyone know how to check if the compressor is bad?

To check things yourself, you'll need a manifold gauge to see the pressure on the system. Then compare it to the spec pressures. Diffrent pressure characteristics will tell you what is wrong with the system.
If not then the best thing to do is take it in. Because it's easy to change parts in the AC system, but you need a machine to properly remove the refrigerant for the system.
