Decal/sticker on RR door

It looks like I have some kind of color matched sticker on the inside of the rear doors. The drivers side is ok but the passenger side has come off and all I have left is whats in the picture. I had a hard time taking some of it off so I just want to get another one to put on top. Can anyone link me or provide a name or part # for whatever this part is? Looks pretty ugly how it is right now.

I don't have an exact name for it - but mine has it in the same spot. Very similar to the protective "overlay" that you use on the headlamp assemblies to protect it from rocks and debris. Sometimes known by the name of Invisi-Mask or similar. A clear, adhesive backed vinly overlay that protects common stone chip prone area of the car.
