Radio Installation Cable Diagram

Hello, I need some help installing a JVC cd-player, I went to the webpage Install Doctor but the diagram they give in the picture it's different from my car connection, I would appreciate if anyone would post pictures of where each cable goes.

Thanks and sorry if it's a dumb question

Try www.the12volt.com

You should be using the harness adaptors that are easily available.

You wire your new head units harness to the adaptor harness and then it is plug into factory connectors.

The wire harness for the Corolla has been the same 2 piece for a very long time, and the adapter for it has been the same as well.

You need to connect 11 wires from the wire harness adapter to the JVC deck. 8 of the wires are for speakers, the colours are the following (and they should match up between the JVC and the adapter) grey-grey/black (front right), white-white/black (front left), purple-purple/black (rear right) green-green/black (rear left) the other 3 are the yellow for the constant 12volt, red for ignition and black for ground.

And don't forget the antenna plug.

Good luck.

actually, u can find adapter in best buy or futureshop. I got it from canadian tyre. It's just "plug-n-play" for my pioneer as there was adapter in pioneer's kit.
