'98 headlight problem

So my passenger side headlight is not working correctly. The low beam does not work, but the high beam works. I am assuming this is not an issue with the bulb since the high beam works. I checked the fuses and they all looked good. Anyone have any ideas as to what is wrong? Could this be a bulb problem??

It is a bulb problem. The 98-2000 corolla use a H4 bulb which has 2 separate filaments in it, one for low beam and the other for high beam. Most likely the low beam filament is broken and the high beam one is still intact. You will need to change the bulb.

Also even though only one of the bulbs is bad, it is recommended that you change them in pairs.

Thanks!! I just changed the bulb and it worked! Had no clue about the specifics of the bulb...I was starting to think that I had an electrical issue on my hands. Thanks again!
