Suddenly lost 100km per tank...

I normally get 475km (295 miles) from 42L (9.2 gallons) (I fill up 42L everytime the light comes on) Then suddenly the next tank i only get 400, and the next tank after that i got 375.... Does anyone know if this will be a fuel leak? Or is it caused from the cold weathers? (i was still getting 475km a tank at around 0 to -9 Celsius) the temperature now is around -5 to -15 Celsius. I dont think the temperature difference here would cause like a 100km difference?

Also this might relate, sometimes my gas pedal gets really stiff. Its harder to press down and when i press down (even tried flooring it once) the car barely accelerates, also the rpms go up very slow.

Colder weather, excessive idling, and winter blend additives for gasoline are all factors.

I'm a GTA'er too and my fuel economy always plummets every time the weather gets colder.

Decreased mileage

My mileage decreased a lot too--the colder it gets, the less mileage you'll get. Our winter so far has been really cold (I'm in Ottawa) too which isn't helping. I went from 6.6 l / 100 km to 8.7 l / 100 km.

Use 5W30 Synthetic may help, check tire pressures, they drop as temp. falls and at start up idle about 1 minute and drive off.

Burning 2L more per 100km is almost the par here.

I drive off as soon as everyone get on and all doors closed.

What about the stiff pedal issue? has anyone have that? It happens maybe once in a few days. i pretty much have to floor it sometimes for it to accelerate super slowly to 100km on the highway, the rpms go up REALLY slow, from like 1500 to 2000rpm it takes like 5 seconds? normally it'll go to like 4000 to 5000 in a second or 2.
