Is 90910-12267 the OEM Toyota part number for a Vacuum Switching Valve for a 1999 Corolla CE 4spd Automatic. Is they correct? Can anyone confirm this for me? Also, does anyone else make this switch? Anyplace I can buy this online for a good price?Thanks

I have the same code, just wondering how u determine if it actually is the VSV that needs to be replaced?

That's the correct OEM part number.

The original was 90910‑12172 but it was superseded by the new number.

You can get an OEM one for under $60 from the discount dealer websites.

I still have a 0446 code. Changed the VSV under the hood and in the charcoal canisilter box, new VSVs. The CEL still on. My co worker mentioned the hoses leading to the box might be cracked or pin hole leak. He suggested a smoke test to see if there is a leak in one of the hoses. My car is from the east coast, 99 corolla VE auto 84K miles about 22 to 26 MPG mostly city driving.
