Its been a while since i have been on here lol I just recently moved into a new apartment with the gf and everything is now starting to calm down finally....
I need new struts on the Rolla and i am looking to drop it very soon. What do you guys think the best struts are out there for the 98 Rolla??

New injector O-Rings, new intake manifold gasket, Tinted tail lights, tinted corner lights, Purple 8500K H4 bulbs, JDM Black headlight housing, Weapon-R CAI.
KYB makes a great oem replacement. Tokico's are stiffer, and make for better handling. Koni's are really stiff, and have better handling, but are expensive.
I recently got shocks, and plan to get tokico's when things settle down for me.

or you can change to Coilovers but those are very exp. about 1k for Ksports. shox.com has the cheapest prices for shocks/struts i've seen. don't forget the mount and boots.

koni yellows + ground control coilover = the win on any car.
this is what i have decided to buy this spring since my shocks have been long gone.
I got my GR-2s for $128 rear and $142 front sets, and you can still find them on eBay for $271 shipped for the set. Good ride overall, great OEM-type replacement. I also got the Tein H-tech springs, but kinda wish I went with an OEM replacement, as they can be kinda bouncy over rough streets. On smooth streets and turns, they're great; but winter in Boston is pot hole central.

Yea, roads here aren't that bad lol. Im a few hours south of you. So KYB GR-2's are my decision for price. I am thinking of lowering in the future obviously so do the Teins work with the GR-2's well?? (if its not pot hole central?? lol)
