Rquired maint. on 01 w/ 35k miles

Hello all, I am new here but noit to Toyota's. I just purchased a 2001 corolla from an old couple. The have never done anything to the car but change the oil. The car has 33710 miles on it and it lived its entire life in a garage in florida. The car seems to be in great shape and clean as a whistle. However, it is 9 years old. What if anything would you all replace on the car to ensure reliability or safeness? Tires are 75% tread and no signs of age cracking.

air filter, plugs, wires, fluids, tires, check air pressure, Run some seafoam through it. Maybe new disributor, cap, etc if needed only.

There is a free routine maintenance guide on the official Toyota website. You can select the mileage your vehicle has traveled and it'll tell you what you need to check/replace.

Air filter, Plugs (these cars do not use plug wires or distributor) Maybe a fresh oil change and transmission fluid service I would also be concerned with the age of the tires.

WHat about the serpentine belt? Seems like yes it only has 35k miles on it but it is 9 years old. WHat do you think??

Never thought about that, but it really couldn't hurt. When I had the belt changed on my 00 Corolla it took them just a few minutes to change it.
