2000 Power window not aligned?

The driver side power window leans towards the interior as it goes up. it also leans forward toward the front of the car, causing a small gap at the back end top corner. i have to push out the window as its going up. but the gap at the corner i cant do nething about. and its very annoying when the wind is so loud on the highway.

i did see another thread regarding this problem with a roll down window. would it be the same for the power window?

Can someone provide any links to anywhere to DIY with pictures?
