The never ending Rejection Sticker.

When i bought my 1998 prizm, It had a check engine for a bad o2 sensor. So i went ahead and replaced it. Check engine never came back on. So, i knew that i had to drive it a while before i brought it back for inspection because the monitors would not be ready. But, After ATLEAST 400 miles of driving, and 3 visits back to the inspection station. The Monitors are still not ready. 3 of them.

02 sensor monitor
Evap Monitor
And some heater monitor.

What gives? Anyone else have problems like this? My mechanic took it for the basic run around drive that usually learns all the different driving settings. Still to no avail.

Monitors? What codes is the car throwing, if any? Like P0420. To reset the Check Engine light you can just disconnect the negative terminal of the battery for a few minutes.
