Canada Right Turn signal Not working

When I push the switch for right signal, there is:
No sound from flasher.
No green right arrow light on dash board.
No light outside on front and rear on right side.

But , left signal is working fine, and also hazrard light flasing and is also working fine.

Can somone advise what can be the problem. also where is the ground wire for right rear signal is attached to the body, and what color is it.

So right side works with the hazards?
Could be the signal signal switch, tilt steering?

Question

I also forget to mention that the right back ligt and brake lights are also not working.
On left every thing is fine. Today I will try to jiggle the switch and will see what happens, but I was wondering where can I find instructions with pictures to open and change the switch.
