wiring diagram for outside temp sensor?

i need the wiring diagram for the outside temp sensor... im grabbed the sensor and the digital display. i just need to know how to hook it up. i took the tach (or speedo, i cant remember which one it is... pretty sure its the tach. its the one on the left) off, so its just the PCB and the display module.

there are 6 screws on the back that lead to connections.

on the back of the ribbon board, the connections are as follows:

+B...4P......TAM...IG-
............................
IG+....................SE

on the back of the PCB, it has:

+B...Signal........TH...IG-
.................................
IG+.......................GND

all i need to know is what is the 'signal' one for? and what is the 'th' one for?

and also, what wires would i connect this outside temp sensor to?
it has:
red w/black stripe and 1 silver dot
red w/white stripe and 1 silver dot

ive done a TON of GM wire harnesses, and have a pretty good idea how automotive electrical works, but ive never really touched toyota. i need to learn it though, as i will be buying a toyota truck here really soon, and selling my chevy blazer haha!

thanks everyone for the help

-=EDIT=-
i just hooked up my power station to it, and i get a -E on the screen. so thats probably saying 'hook the freaking sensor up dude!' so now i need to know to hook it up haha

-=EDIT AGAIN=-
got it working i was scared of blowing up the toyota stuff, but its pretty good the redblack goes to ground, and the red white goes to TH.
its currently 28*C in my room haha!
