Suspension - effected by temperature
Driving a 2001 Corolla CE. At cold temps, less than 25 degrees, the car feels and sounds like it has no shocks. You can hear and feel some pretty loud thumps over even small bumps, and the car seems to bounce from these bumps as well. Right now it's at 135k, and has never had the struts replaced. When the temperature goes up, or the car warms up, these symptoms pretty much disappear. It's not the most comfortable riding car, so it may be that the issue is still there when it's warmer and I don't notice it.
I suspect struts, but thought I'd check in here for some more education and advice.
Thanks.
