How to replace back-up lights on 1999 corolla?

my backup lights stopped working. how do I replace them? and what is the parts model # for the back-up lights?

In order to replace them you have to take the liner off on the side that you need to replace. then its just pop in and pop out.

Both of them at once? Or was one burned out for a long time and the next one finally burned out? If it was both at once, it could be the switch.
