Changed Engine Pipe Now CEL Code P0141

Had the engine pipe changed now the CEL is on Code P0141, 02 Sensor Heat Circuit Malfunction (bank 1 sensor 2) is this sensor near the engine pipe? could it just be disconnected? the live data reading from my scanner reads 02S12 (v) 0.00 (%) N/A the 02s11 does get a live reading. Do i just have to change the sensor? Anyone have the part number?

You didn't change the O2 sensors with the catalyst converter swapped out? Change out the O2 sensors if you haven't done so.
