If you just poured it in, but did not run the car. Then immediately draining and refilling the transaxle should have gotten most of it. Just to be on the safe side - I'd run the car, note if anything seems "off" with the transaxle and then do another drain and refill.
If you started the car before you noticed that you poured in the wrong fluid - then you need to flush the entire system. One bottle of wrong fluid may or may not hurt - but are you willing to risk the price of transaxle replacement to the cost of a transaxle fluid flush?
