Stainless Smoothies on the Prizm: Pics

What do you think about these? Something different!
I have an appointment Monday for a new windshield and getting all the windows tinted. I'll post pics after I get it back.

They'll definitely reduce aerodynamic drag on the highway. One of the "ecomods" they promote on ecomodder.com.

I doubt it's going to reduce much aerodynamic drag, but anything helps. I bought them because I like the smoothie look. I just don't like the chrome ones.

Definitely not something you see on many cars nowadays. Maybe with a solid body color - might stand out more. With the stock body, looks a bit "off" - too much metal, not enough tire.

I agree the brushed/machined look is better than chrome - seen a few cars with the chrome smoothies/moon covers - usually on a PT Cruiser or Chevy HHR - looks terrible.

Atleast you'll know it if a lugnut falls off.

Once I get back Monday night from getting the windows tinted, I'm hoping to have some free time to take the wheel covers off and take care of the couple little dents in them. They need to be cleaned up a little bit, but I've always liked these kind of wheel covers. Funny, there used to be a Daewoo hatchback with a set where I used to live. Kinda funny.

I think with the few mods I plan on doing, the smoothies will look okay. Hell of a lot cheaper than a set of wheels! I'm keeping my eyes out for a set of factory Prizm alloys, but they are hard to come by. My last prizm had them and I liked them.
