Engine rumbles at idle when cold?

I've noticed that the engine rumbles when i turn it on. It'll go away after I drive for a few minutes when the engine warms up?

I haven't really looked into it cuz it was slight, but sometimes i notice it would rumble pretty rough, making the car shake.

Is this only because the oil is not yet warm yet and the engine idles more rough? When i accelerate, i dont feel it. Its only at idle and only for the first few minutes. Afterwards its fine.

Someone told me it might have to do with the MAF?

Could that explain why my engine rpm starts at 600rpm when cold and when fully warm after highway driving, it idles at 1400rpm... so from 600rpm cold to 1400rpm warm... =/

Also what kind of cleaner do i need?

This seems to happen to me as well...when the car hasnt gone on for a while (2+ days) the car sometimes rumbles and seems to want to choke..i have to give it some gas for like 10-15 seconds before it runs smooth on idle

What kind of car? I have a Tacoma and it does the same thing. I was told that it's the rubber bushing mounts to the exhaust system. When cold they are stiff and have slightly shrunken and the vibration is more noted than when they warm up and expand again therefore doing their job of dampening the vibration. it's harmless and does not affect the car's / truck's performance.

The rumble/vibration is VERY harsh. It has to do with the engine rpm. When i just turn on the car, the rpm is about 500 to 600 and the engine rumbles, and then the rpm slowly climbs up and the rumble slowly decreases.

Today i unhooked the battery to realign it with the tray and when i hooked it back on and turned on the car, the car was Rumbling Harder than i've ever experienced, the rpm dropped to as low as 300rpm and it felt like the engine was going to stop until it automatically suddenly pushed the rpm back up to 6 or 700. I give the engine some gas so that it would stay at 1100rpm, so it wouldnt rumble, until it was warm.
