Any way to make my corolla become glossy again?

a white 98LE as well
i bought it last week by a pretty cheap price
however, the body of the car becomes dull, it doesn't reflect any light
is there any way to make it become glossy?
I try the ice liquid shining wax, it doesn't work
Do you think it is useful if i bring it to the oil station and buy a waxing package?

First need to determine if the paint is oxidized or just heavy worn through (solid colors are typically single stage urethane paints, no clear coat). If the paint is worn through - you have no choice but to reshoot paint. If the paint is heavily oxidized - you can bring back some of that gloss with polish - preferrably machine applies, as it will take you forever to do so by hand. Don't attempt any "gimmick" products that promise to bring the shine back with a single application - those typically use a silicone base that appears shiny at first, but eventually will turn hazy and dull. Worse part, that silicone will contaminate the paint - so if you find out that it needs to be repainted, you'll have to strip all the paint off or the new finish will not properly "stick" to the finish.

You could try polishing compound (or maybe rubbing compound) to remove the oxidizing. I don't believe Toyota Super White is clearcoated, so remember when you're polishing/rubbing that you want to be careful that you don't get too deep into the paint.

Paint it.

My white 99 has the same problems; all horizontal surfaces have absolutely 0 shine to them at all. Being that this car is just my dd, I'm very tempted to try the $50 paint job just to see it first hand.

Try an orbital buffer with 3m rubbing compound. You can get it at Autozone. It's a liquid rubbing compound. That worked for my old car. Follow that with a quality wax like Mothers or whatever you like.
