Power steering bleed

I replaced the high pressure line which was leaking. Now the steering making the squealing noise as if its low on fluid, which its not. Does the power steering need to be bled and if so how is that done? My haynes manual says to remove the reservoir cap and turn the wheel full left and right til it stops making noise but ive been doing that for 10 minutes and nothing.

PS bleed procedure:

Top up
Jack up front end
Slowly turn wheel from lock to lock several times.
Lower front end
Start engine and let idle
With engine idling...
Turn wheel to left full lock slowly, hold for a few secs.
Turn wheel to right full lock slowly, hold for a few secs.
Repeat 2-3 times.
Top off as needed.

If you have to do this more than once because of foaming or bubbling, check for other leaks.

I saw a video on YouTube that said when a new hose is attached, air could get into the system and cause the whine.
The guy in the video used a vacuum pump to get all of the air out.
I wonder if you or I could bring the car in somewhere and have this done?
