DIY help with timing chain tensioner oil leak

With my last maintenance, they told me I had a valve cover gasket leak and a timing chain tensioner oil leak. I feel comfortable replacing the valve cover gasket on my own as I've found plenty of step by step instructions online. I can't find anything on the timing chain tensioner. Is this fairly easy to fix on my own? Or should I just spend the money I really don't have to let Toyota fix it? Can someone give me step by step instructions or refer me elsewhere?
It's a 2002 Corolla.

There is a post related to this topic in this section back from June of 2008. So, just backtrack, and hopefully you'll find it.

Sounds interesting, but where is the DIY link. It's been a long day!
