obd performance flash?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2002-...item335646e563

what you guys think of this? seems alot more legit than those stupid 30$ things you plug to ur intake and turn a knob for "more horsepower"

I think you're gullible if you actually believe it.

If it's too good to be true, then it probably is.

Take it as you will - dyno plot included in the thread. Car tested was a 1998 BMW 540i. They "gained" power when they "removed" the box. This is dated back to 2008 - so it is possible, though unlikely, that something has significantly changed since then.

Also the website touts "HHO flash performance chip" - which in my eyes, renders the whole product line automatical bogus.

i think everyone would agree with me in that the corolla shouldnt be used to speed. if u want to do that, think of you car as rent and you'll be investing a fortune on a minor "umph" to ur grunt. make it stylish and throw a audio system and ull turn heads. if your making money off the car, by all means do as u please. if you want torque, strip our your whole car and just leave the drivers set and have a couple beach chairs if you have company
