Did you get the spoiler from a dealership or other source, new in box? There should be a template that comes with it. If not - you can always put down some painter's tape (blue tape) on the trunk lid, line things up that way - so that you can sit the spoiler on the trunk lid until it looks visually appealing.
Tips - depending on the mounting hardware included - work from smaller diameter drill bits to the size that you need. Either use a hole reamer or large dril bit to slightly chamfer or ease the edges of the holes. Hit all bare metal with some primer (use a q-tip) to help control corrosion, as moisture will get to it eventually.
