Hella. PIAA makes junk that conforms to neither SAE or ECE specs, yet still is overpriced (and underbuilt). With PIAA, all you're paying for is their marketing and packaging.
Also, remember what fog lights are for. They are not "driving lights" (auxiliary high beams), they are fog lights and are designed for very low speed (15-20mph) driving in periods of heavy lower-atmosphere disturbance (intense rain, heavy snowfall, thick fog). They are not a fashion accessory (although a quality set can also look good) to be turned on all the time for the heck of it.
Crutchfield is an excellent place to look for replacement head units. Also, if you find a head unit you like, check Amazon for a lower price -- and read the customer reviews there to be sure it's "the one".
