Power lock problem. Help needed please.

hi everybody. Please help me on this. here's the run down on my 2001 corolla model S.

Last thing that happened before it stopped working was I installed a speaker to replace the stock one in the passenger door. I believe i snagged the wire harness when i drilled.

I checked for continuity from before where the drill hit to the other end of the harness (lock/unlock switch, and actuator in door). All had continuity, but noticed that the red wire and blue wire going to the actuator had continituity to each other.

Now the symptoms that i found... Driver and passenger door lock switches don't work, cannot unlock all doors with the key by tapping twice to lock or unlock. It's like the central locks don't work... Fuses all good. Only thing i found in the fuse block is a black fuse looking block labeled 90980-04066. not sure if that's a relay or fuse or something else.

one other thing that i found is that the dome light doesn't dim right away if the driver door is locked and closed... if that means anything.

thanks in advanced.

just found out that black block was for something else and doesn't affect the locks.

So all fuses work... only thing i think might be wrong is the blue and red wire having continuity with each other...

Anyone know what could be wrong???
