Dashboard and lighting problem

Ok so as of today, my dashboard, cig lighter, hvac lights, and the turn signal lights would not light up. The turn signals do work, but the do light up when you actually use the turn signals. I have no idea what happend, only thing that i think could be the problem is the dimmer relay. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance

I would say blown fuse look it up in the manual i think it is either the cig fuse if that doesn't work you could try the dome...if you can't find the fuse number ill look for you tommorow since i already had to replace both of these haha.
