Brake Booster Vacuum Hose -Seafoam

Year = 2000

I'm trying to treat the motor with some seafoam and need to figure out which hose is the one to pull. I've narrowed it down to 2 possible hoses but i'm going to be safe rather then sorry and ask before I go ply-er crazy on a hose which might have a liquid in it.

Picture would be awesome, or a drawing maybe?

Thanks!

okay, my bad about the other post, i was wrong...i was totally thinking about something else i did. the brake booster line is the thing coming out the back of the airbox (coming out toward the firewall. if you follow it, it goes down and onto a metal tube which is connected to the brake system (figures!!), there i a clip on it and it you just squeeze it and pull the hose it should pop off. since mine wouldnt pop off what i did was open the screw of the large hose coming out of the airbox (it pulls air into the engine and its ribbed) and i pulled it off, you can see what im talking about in the top left corner of the first picture. if you put your hand on it you will feel alot of vacuum pressure, and i just poured it dirctly into there slowly. and you know the rest...

the hose out of the back of the airbox

the hose connected to the brake system

just like to point out that the hose you pointed to in the pictures is NOT the brake booster vacuum hose

the hose connects the brake booster straight to the back side of the intake manifold, it doesn't run through the air box.

the ACTUAL brake booster line is on the top right hand corner of the second picture, the one right next to the brake fluid reservoir
