Prizm HID problem/Housing Quest.

Hey guys. I found a brand new set of HIDS in my garage recently that i lost a while ago. And they are the same bulb type for my Prizm. So i went and tried installing them. I turned on my car, lights on, the HID will flicker on for a few seconds but then shut off. Im guessing this is a power problem? Im going to assume i need a relay harness to give power from the battery for this? Am i correct?

Also, I want to buy some new headlight housings for my Prizm off ebay. But the only type listed are for corollas. Will they fit?

disable daytime running lamps, also don't put HID into halogen reflector housings.
