Want to know what the low side AC pressure should be. its at 30 but ac is weak, so am i looking at a weak compressor>?

if the pressure gets to low the ac will not turn on. that is proabaly not your issue. I learned last week a good way to check the ac. go to a parts store and buy an ac thermometer for $5 . put ac on max windows up hold rpms to 2k put the thermometer in vent should go to about 40-45 if it does not go that low you should recharge it. add refrigerant until the temp stops dropping if you add to much it will start to rise.

another words don't worry so much about the pressure do the temp method.
