Help me fit my "TRD" side skirts

I have a TRD skirt supposedly for a 01 Corolla (well I don't know for sure but it's definitely Molly Designs). LH side is fine so I can try to fit it to decide if I should repair the RH side and install it, or sell it.

How am I supposed to mount this thing? I know I will need to drill two holes on the rear arch for the rear. The front has two holes that should be the same as a stock mud guard. The hole for the bottom screw lined up, but the top one is always about 5mm off. No matter what I do it wouldn't line up. Is the 98-00 mud guard/TRD skirt any different than the 01-02?

And the top side, what should the top of the skirt line up with?

i drilled it in on both sides and recall that theres a spot for a bolt that should be on the front and the rest i used 3m with the line up.
