Original suspension components

I have a 2000 that was bought new. It has 205000 kms on it and still has all the original suspension components. Just wondering if anyone else has gotten the same wear and tear out of theirs.
I figure that pretty soon something will have to replaced, struts?? Have noticed lately a not loud clunking noise coming from front end when going over rough roads, and even though all the tires are balanced I have a slight vibration in steering wheel when it is really windy on the highway.

Struts, strut mounts, spring bumpers, dust boots, upper and lower insulators.

Reuse your spring seats and OEM springs if they are not sagging in the rear.
