Awful engine sound, vibrating.
Recently the pulley underneath my alternator started making an awful sound, like bad bearings in a skateboard wheel. It gets louder as i accelerate. Im pretty positive its that pulley because i can see small sparks flying out of it. My question is how much do these usually go for and how hard are they to replace. I did the idler pulley in my old tahoe but that had wayy more engine room. Haha.
Also, My car makes a wierd vibrating sound underneath my gas pedal when accelerating uphill mostly. Or when i punch it it makes a very loud vibrating that i can hear and feel. Any idea?
