Because you're just supposed to get a serpentine belt w/o AC and just route it to skip the AC compressor?

You can do that, but I would just hit up ebay for this one.

Thanks alot for the link i appreciate it. I didnt think you could re route a non ac belt in these cars? Wouldnt it hit the ac compressor at some point? The guy at the auto store told me it was not possible... Or could someone draw me a diagram on how to run the belt? Its much cheaper than a bypass pulley even.

But thanks very much again. I really appreciate it.

Just yank out the compressor. Can't you get a belt w/out a/c? Or am I misunderstanding you?

No i can for sure get a belt w/o ac. What im saying is the guy at the auto store told me that the prizms that come without ac may still have some kind of pulley where the ac would be. Get me? Or is that not true?

Didn't know that, he must know something that I don't. I'm not familar with the chevy side of the corolla. I know that they have basicly the same blue-print as the Toyota. But maybe.
