injector resistance too high?

i know that the acceptable range of the injectors are 13 to 15 ohms but i am getting 17 ohms on all 4 of my injectors. I recently got a p0300 code but once i cleaned my maf sensor, the cel went away. i checked the plugs and they look fine. Is 17 ohms too high ?

what temp did you test your injectors at?
my Haynes says they should have around 13.4-14.2 Ohms at 68 deg. F
slightly higher resistance is to be expected at higher temps, take your injectors inside, let them cool down and try again, see what that gives you.
also have you performed a compression and leakdown test? bad compression or a burnt valve may be the cause. also you may want to check to make sure your Crank Position sensor is reading and working correctly.
oh sorry, first things first i s'pose... take your injectors out, let them get to 68 (or around there) and retest them

That value would depend on the accuracy of the ohm meter could try another meter.
Just a thought.
