hey guys, someone with hid fogs tell please tell me how you got them installed! did you have to drill the back of the housing or is there another way?

A popular route is upgrading to the 8.5 gen front end which has placeholders for the fogs. looks good

i guess i wasnt clear enough. I have a 2001 corolla with the oem style aftermarket fogs from logical source. my question is do i have to drill a hole to install a h3 hid kit? or is there another way to get these installed or are you guys drilling the back of the housing?
