I googled it and found their specs:
15": 15x6.5" +42 (and they have +45 option???) @13.5lbs
17" are 17.5lbs.
It's a 6-spoke design, go imagine or look them up.
aj-racing and vividracing carries them. 15" is about $116. Similar to Konig Helium, but of course not as light...
For reference, Helium is 15x6.5" +40 @ 10.6lbs

yeah, just googled them again and went to the same page. I saw the 7lbs on amazon and it also says the product dimensions were 1in x 1in x 1in so i dont know what thats about. something wrong there.
13.5 lbs is still light anyway, he should definitely pick that size up over the 17s.

The lightest 15x6.5 out there is the Volk Racing CE28N @ 8.1lbs. That's a forged wheel and 2.5lbs lighter than the Konig Helium.
FYI, it's not all about the sheer weight of the wheel. It's about the quality of the manufacturing process. Lightweight, cheaply made cast wheels are known to flex quite a bit under stressful driving conditions. I remember reading an article translated from a Japanese automotive publication that did some track testing on two similar wheels, one extremely lightweight and the other a bit heavier and stronger.
The stronger wheel came out with faster lap times than the lighter one.
