positive 12 volt source when engine run

All is in the tittle , I search a place where there is 12 volt power source but only when engine is running , It only to place a relay to power something .

A picture would be nice If you want

You going to have to build some kind of logic circuit if you only want power when running.

Im sure I can find a 12 volt source which will turn on my circuit

you may need to use a ground trigger on the relay and find something that the PCM grounds only when the engine is spinning.

then you should read a good auto electronics text book before embarking on this venture, not trying to be an ass...just trying to save you some headaches. if you understand what you're doing vs just following directions then you'll be able solve your own problems instead of waiting for answers.

I think i'll put the relay after the relay of the hid , It seem that my hid start only when I start running ... and they stop when I close the engine (on DRL) .

Anyways It would be ok for the moment like this .
