carbon splitter and 2zzge water pump

I just want to know if anyone has install a carbon splitter before on their corolla, i have seen one and it looks nice.Let me know about any suggestions.

Also i read that a 2zzge water pump can be used in the 1zzfe because they are just the same with same bolts...so using the water pump from the 2zzge would help anything at all???

the 2zz water pump is more efficient and will cause less cavitation altho if u do swap to one u may need to get a pulley 2 do with it. and a different belt. so buy one from monkey wrench, support my michigan economy (:

eh, dont do the splitters. Just get some TRD valences or a front lip and it will look fine. The splitters look OD imo.

Unless you're planning on repainting your car I would just find a complete TRD body kit and call it a day.

Splitters look tacky on a beige car IMO.

so about the water pump from a 2zz, it is interchangeable meaning just bolt onto 1zz but only the pulley is lager, requiring a larger belt to run like 2" more than then the stock 1zz belt, but how will i get the belt to only be 2" larger or the belt from a 2zz will do it?

There's alot of 2zz water pump on ebay...as long as it is a 2zz water pump then it'll work? What really is the differ between a 1zz and 2zz water pump besides saying it is better and efficient...i mean like the parts in differ or materials made of.

Also how about the light weight alternator pulley from monkey wrench...it will fit both 1zz and 2zz since it should be the same size as the oem alternator pulley????
