rims and tires

i am thinking about putting some rims and tires on a 2001 Toyota corolla s i do not like small tires because if you hit a small pot hole there ruined so i like bigger tires whats a good size rim and tire and where is the best place to get them at? i also need help with getting my back seat to come down i cant figure it out.

15s are good if you are worried about damaging your rim. Try tirerack.com for the rims and tires.
I'm not sure if all Corollas have the folding rear seats but in mine, there are two things in the trunk that you have to pull in order to get the seats to fold down.

i got a set of 15" konigs for summer and a set of 16s for the winter.the 16s make the ride really rough when i hit a potholes, the 15" give me enough tire to handle crappy roads

HUH? more sidewall = more cushion. i could always be wrong but im still on the stock 14's and i blaze through potholes and never had a blowout. and i too second tirerack.com

205/50/15 is fine. Gives you enough sidewall. btw, what color car?

i think my 16s are 205/45 but i gotta look at them to make sure.i think a tire that wide might rub? personally, i don't like those rims because theres too much going on but on a silver car they would look fine imo

yeah. that will look good. I'll post a picture of mine with those size tires and 15" rims. Out of those tires, I only know about the Falken Ziex ZE-912 and I like them because I have them on my Konigs. You're going to have to do some research and see which one fits your budget best...

heres mine on 205/50/15s:
